Like snowflakes, no two Davos events are exactly alike. I’ve noticed, as a result, that many attendees come away from the WEF Annual Meeting having had different experiences and drawing different conclusions.

This year, we experienced an environment that had more buzz, more people and more intense discussions on global co-operation than I have seen for some time.

To begin with I saw a lot of interest in the theme of managing the transition to increasingly hybrid human and AI workforces. Discussions focused not only on the challenges we face as we look to capitalize on this technology, but also on the enthusiasm for the real-world solutions AI can empower.
